Experimental Study on Flow Instability and Critical Heat Flux of Two Parallel Channels
Main Article Content
Abstract
An experiment was carried out on two parallel rectangular channels to study the thermally induced flow instability and critical heat flux. The result shows that the flow instability always occurs in the region of lower mass flow rate, higher inlet water temperature and lower pressure. The priority of flow instability and critical heat flux varies with the inlet water temperature, mass flow rate and pressure.
