Dedicated Neutron Imaging Systems at Reactor Based Neutron Sources for Versatile Applications in Science and Technology
Main Article Content
Abstract
We explain the current situation of neutron imaging technology in a world-wide context and fucus on strategies how to overcome the limitations in building of suitable beam lines at relevant Neutron sources. The talk is based on the experiences in building Neutron imaging facilities in our lab in Switzerland, creation of research and development programs and to attract users from science and industry. This overview might help to improve the situation in North America, based on the availability of reactor based Neutron sources. The dialogue with relevant persons is intended.
